Six Skincare Favorites

IMG by Fleur Chelsea on

Hello everybody! I've been kinda wanting to share a couple of things people usually wonder but don't ask straight away.  To be honest, sometimes I don't even bother to wear makeup.  I don't only do this because I feel comfortable in my own skin due to how much I take care of it, but because I think it's healthy to let it breath once in a while. I was very inspired by this video posted on social media about a month ago.  I think this girl is one of the bravest ever. [youtube]
So let's get to my daily cleansing routine!!

As you can see from the photo, this the product that I used the most, It's the Burt's Bees deep cleansing cream. This is a very good mild cream cleanser. The consistency is kinda like a thick cream, however it doesn't feel heavy on the skin like you might expect a cream to do. It also smells divine, like a long-lost German fruit candy I once tried! This cleanser has become a staple in my skincare routine because it's also cruelty free and completely natural.
For removing my eye makeup I use the L'BEL essential moisturizing eye and face makeup remover lotion for all skin types. This product is not greasy at all, although it is oily but it doesn't leave your eyes feeling weird like other removers do.  It's also not irritating and dry.  It' just awesome and works like magic!

Every once in a while I would use this exfoliator from St. Ives for Blemish control.  It basically prevents your skin from getting blackheads and minimizes your pores at the time time.  I also use it when I already have a little acne, somehow it calms my skin and the redness is gone within minutes.  It's not hard on your skin, it will be left soft but I do recommend using a strong moisturizer afterwords, can't have it all.

Lastly, I would always use this Toner with Royal Jelly after cleaning up my face, doesn't matter if it's for day or night.  I feel like it makes all the difference, if I'm going to apply moisturizer (which I will) then this is the best base for all situations.  Now my day cream is this SPF 7 Burt's Bees Radiance.  It doesn't contain that much SPF but that's okay with me since my foundation does.  For night, I wear the Radiance night cream also from Burt's Bees.  What can I say? I can't get enough of that stuff.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post, please let me know if you have any suggestions, I'll be glad to hear all about them!
