It took me forever to get to post this look. I've been a little distracted lately because I'm looking for a place to actually buy, no more rent for me or at least that's the plan. I haven't been able to visit either one of the apartments I'm interested in. I'm more of a location seeker kinda girl, what I mean by this is that I don't care too much about the space or if it's at a fancy building. Hell, I don't even care if they allow pets or anything like that. I'm mostly interested in a place where it won't take me 1 hour to get to work. The other thing I'd like to have is a bigger closet, I don't know (really, I don't) if I have too many clothes/shoes/accessories in general but currently I feel as if the entire apartment is my walk-in closet. It must be terrible for my boyfriend although he never complains, I do all the time in my head.

About the look, I'll be honest.. there are some trends I have trouble growing into. The Adidas originals shoes are one of them. I like them but I don't ever want to look as if I'm wearing a uniform. I keep them in hiding, all the way at the bottom of the closet so that I don't have to look at them and feel like every other blogger cliche.
Back in December I went to NY and a friend from work had asked me to bring her a pair of these shoes because our size is like either inexistent or sold out every where (5.5 anyone?). So I took it upon myself to have this mission, to find these shoes for her. I gave up really fast to be completely honest but one day I was walking passed Herald Square park and saw this Foot Locker.. There was nothing special about it, it just happened to be open at 9 at night. I decided to go inside and ask.. the anticipation made me imagine that the girl I talked to said that they were sold out everywhere but.. they weren't. I bought my friend's pair and while at the checkbox felt so good about being able to find these for her, I took a pair for myself.. and that was that.
